The forum on 'Preventing and Resolving Financial Risks, Ensuring High-Quality Judicial Protection' is being held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, together with the 2025 annual meeting of the Financial Legal Behavior Research Committee of the China Association of Behavioral Law.

Wang Xin, Professor at the Law School of Peking University, Doctoral Supervisor, Chairman of the Degree Committee of the Law School of Peking University, and Director of the Financial Legal Acts Research Committee of the China Behavioral Law Society, delivered the "2025 Annual Summary Report and 2026 Work Plan".

Lawyer Wang Lin, Executive Director of Shanghai Li Xiaohua Law Firm, was elected as a standing member of the Fourth Council of the Financial Legal Acts Research Committee under the China Behavioral Law Society through a mid-term supplementary election.
